When you hire me, I schedule you a 4 hour block of time. For those hours, I dedicate myself to your house. Unlike other inspectors, who try to do the inspection as quickly as possible, in order to get to the next job site, I am yours for that 4 hour block. You can ask me questions, follow me thrrough the house, or just watch me work. But I am there to work for you. I am your GUARDIAN!
Many people ask me..."Do I need to be there?" Technically, no. But since this is your time, I invite and advise you to accompany me as we inspect the home. I want you to ask questions. I want you to feel protected and part of the process.

Homes inspected on Saturdays, over 3000 square feet, detached garages, or outbuildings there will be an additional charge. Call for details.
Return inspection fee is a minimum of $150.00
